Historical Osteria in Mondovì Breo, the Quattro Stagioni, completely renewed in March 2007, offers the possibility of tasting the typical Piedmontese specialities at lunch and dinner every day except on Monday.

The disposition of the tables in the unique comfortable diningroom, which is quiet and capacious at the same time, is suitable for "work lunch", quiet dinners and a halting-place for tourist groups.

The restaurant proposes a seasonal, local cuisine, with the main ingredients found in the surroundings.

The excellent Piedmontese beef, the pork and the ovine meat, which are utilised come from selected butcher's shop; the vegetables and the aromatic herbs come from the local farmers; the eggs and the cheese come from farmers and dairymen living in the surrounding valley and the pasta is rigorously hand-made.

As well for the wine we offer very excellent "doc" and "docg" of the neighbourhood. There are about fifty different kinds of wine: from the Dolcetto of Mondovì and Dogliani to the Barbera of Asti and Alba, and the well-known Barolo and Barbaresco
